Reactive Support is appropriate for organisations that undertake their own preventative maintenance. Includes:
• Reactive parts and labour Services relating to Warranty, Maintenance and/or Repair to hardware.
• Reactive Labour-only Services for Software support.
• One-off Labour-only Services relating to Consultancy Services…
Installation, Upgrades, Project Management, Auditing, Design and Recommendation, Documentation and Training.
Reactive Support Emergency Response
• Support Service charge per hour including travel time.
• Response time 1 hour (target).
• Closure time 4 hours (target).
• Billed per incident immediately after completion of work.
• Minimum fee per incident – 1 hour.
