Active Support

Full IT site support and/or consultancy services for customers requiring a very high system availability (uptime) via a combination of active on-site or remote access Preventative Maintenance Services and fast response times in the event of failures.

Active Support provides an all-encompassing IT site support and/or Consultancy Service for Customers that require a very high system uptime through a combination of proactive on-site or remote access Preventative Maintenance Services and fast reaction times should problems occur. The main difference between Active Support and Reactive Support is that Active Support provides preventative maintenance and support in addition to the reactive support services.

Active Support Preventative Maintenance

Active Support includes all Reactive Support Services.
In addition to the Reactive Support Services, Active Support provides the following preventative maintenance and support service options…

Level 1 Support (weekly):
Customers can select any combination of our preventative maintenance and/or support options as well as the frequency of the scheduled on-site support visits (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly).

Level 2 Support (Bi-Weekly):
Customers can select any combination of bi-weekly or monthly preventative maintenance and/or support options as well as the frequency the scheduled on-site support visits (bi-weekly or monthly).

Level 3 Support (Monthly):
Customers can select any combination of monthly preventative maintenance and/or support options for their scheduled monthly on-site support visits.
