Active Support

Full IT site support and/or consultancy services for customers requiring a very high system availability (uptime) via a combination of active on-site or remote access Preventative Maintenance Services and fast response times in the event of failures.

Reactive Support

Support for supplied or Third-party hardware.

Reactive Labour-only Services for Software Support.

One-off Labour-only Services for Consultancy (i.e. Installation, Upgrades, Project Management, Auditing, Design and Recommendation, Documentation and Training).

Active CAD Support

Full CAD site support and/or consultancy services for customers requiring Active on-site and/or remote access support for their CAD systems.

In addition to the CAD System Support Services, Active CAD Support provides ongoing CAD Training.

Active CAD Support customers can select any combination of CAD System training options from the current training schedule as well as the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). Training can also be customised to suit customer requirements.
